British Accent iPhone app is a great tool to help you learn British
Accent. You can practice your accent, pronunciation and intonation.
Taught by native British English speaker, Alison Pitman. It gives
you enough time to record, playback and to repeat the lesson. You
can hear your mistakes and you feel that you are correcting them.

Lessons Tab

This provides you with mini-lessons categorized by topics such as vowels, consonants, affricated, fricatives, short vowels, long vowels and general vocabulary.

Each mini-lesson is customized for the mobile user and is 2 to 4 minutes in duration. Ideal for learning while you are waiting in line at a post office, grocery checkout line etc.

You can listen to the lesson by clicking the blue play button.

You can also move the duration slider at the top to play the lesson from anywhere.

The volume slider allows to you control the volume.

You can also pause the lesson anytime. This is useful if someone interrupts you for some reason.

Press the blue button again to continue the lesson from where you left off.

When you have more than 5 minutes to study, for instance while at a gym or traveling as a passenger in a car, plane or ship, you can play your lessons.

Blue button will play the lesson

Green button will begin the recording

Orange button is the compare button, it will be enabled only after the recording is completed
